We do not guarantee a failure-free functioning of the website at all times, and do not take responsibility for any damages or losses associated with any form of malfunction or interruption of the website. However, we strive to deliver the best service possible and welcome your feedback to improve our website.

We respect your privacy and do not share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. However, there are some exceptions where sharing your data may be necessary:

b) Payment Processing and Shipping: When you make a purchase through our website, your data will be shared with a third-party payment gateway, currently Stripe (as of 20.06.2024), to authorize and process the payment. Additionally, we share your data with shipping service providers, such as Postcard, DHL, etc., to facilitate the delivery of your order.
Any data shared with Stripe is subject to their privacy policies. We are not responsible for the handling of your data by Stripe.
We only collect and store your data when you voluntarily provide it by filling out a contact form or a checkout form. The information we may collect includes:

- Email address
- Shipping address
- Contents of any messages attached
We reserve the right to store this data indefinitely and may remove it at our discretion unless you request its removal.

You have the right to request a copy of your stored data at any time. We will provide this data in CSV format, unless said data has been previously removed. You may also request that your data be removed from our website at any time via email. We will comply with your request and handle the removal within 30 days.
